By using VisitCare PH, you agree to our full Terms of Service governing bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, dispute resolution, and your relationship with independently licensed healthcare professionals.

VisitCare PH is a technology marketplace that connects patients with independently licensed healthcare professionals. We are not a healthcare provider. All services are rendered by Professionals under their own PRC licenses and independent practices.
Healthcare Professionals on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of VisitCare PH. They set their own rates, schedules, and service areas.
All payments are processed by Xendit Philippines, a BSP-licensed Operator of Payment System. VisitCare PH never takes custody of your funds. A ₱35 platform convenience fee applies per booking.
Patients may cancel up to 2 hours before a scheduled visit for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Disputes must be filed within 24 hours of visit completion. VisitCare PH will review and resolve disputes within 5 business days. DTI mediation is available for unresolved consumer complaints.
Booking for a patient under 18 requires parental or guardian consent. VisitCare PH follows RA 7610 child protection requirements.
Your personal and health data is processed under RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Disputes shall be resolved under Philippine jurisdiction.
