By using VisitCare PH, you agree to our full Terms of Service governing bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, dispute resolution, and your relationship with independently practising PRC-licensed health professionals and TESDA-certified caregivers.
Full Terms of Service document available upon request. Email legal@visitcareph.com
VisitCare PH is a technology platform and booking intermediary — not a healthcare provider, not a Private Employment Agency (PEA) under DOLE Department Order 174, and not a staffing firm. PRC-licensed health professionals render clinical services under their own PRC licenses. TESDA-certified caregivers render personal care and daily living assistance under RA 11965. VisitCare PH does not direct, supervise, or control the manner of service delivery.
PRC-licensed health professionals and TESDA-certified caregivers on VisitCare are independent contractors, not employees of VisitCare PH. They set their own professional fees, schedules, and service areas. VisitCare PH collects a platform service fee per completed booking. Professional fees are subject to BIR creditable withholding tax (2%) per Revenue Regulations. Professionals are responsible for their own tax compliance.
All payments are processed by Xendit Philippines, a BSP-licensed Operator of Payment System (OPS). Patient payments are held and only released to the provider after a 24-hour dispute-free window following visit completion. VisitCare PH earns a platform service fee deducted from the professional fee before payout. Applicable platform fees are shown before booking confirmation.
Patients may cancel up to 2 hours before a scheduled visit for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Disputes must be filed within 24 hours of visit completion via the VisitCare app. VisitCare PH will review and resolve disputes within 5 business days. For unresolved consumer complaints, DTI mediation is available under RA 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines).
Booking for a patient under 18 requires parental or guardian consent. VisitCare PH follows RA 7610 child protection requirements.
Your personal and health data is processed under RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Disputes shall be resolved under Philippine jurisdiction.
