Booking & Getting Started
How do I book a professional?+
Create a free account, enter your address, browse available professionals in your area, pick a time slot, and pay securely. The entire process takes under 5 minutes.
Do I need to create an account?+
Yes. An account lets you manage bookings, track visits in real time, and access your visit history and care summaries.
Which cities does VisitCare serve?+
We currently serve Metro Manila. Enter your address at search to confirm available professionals in your area. More cities coming soon.
Professional Verification
How are professionals verified?+
Every professional completes a multi-step verification process: PRC LERIS license validation, NBI clearance, government-issued ID, and face match. Professionals may also upload proof of indemnity insurance, which is displayed on their profile. Approved professionals earn the VisitCare Verified (VV) badge on their profile. VV status is continuously monitored — three quality flags within 30 days trigger automatic probation, and critical safety incidents result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
What types of providers are available?+
Registered Nurses (RN), Physical Therapists (PT), and Registered Nutritionist-Dietitians (RND). All are PRC-licensed and fully verified. More provider types, including professional caregivers, are coming soon.
Can I see a professional's credentials before booking?+
Yes. Each professional's profile shows their PRC license number, specializations, ratings, and completed visit count.
Payments & Safety
Is my payment safe?+
Payments are processed by Xendit, a BSP-licensed payment gateway. Your payment is held securely and only released to the provider after a dispute-free 24-hour window following your visit.
What if I'm not satisfied?+
Open a dispute within 24 hours of your visit through your bookings dashboard. Our team reviews each case and payment is held until resolution.
How does the OTP confirmation work?+
When your professional arrives, you'll receive a one-time PIN by SMS. The professional enters this PIN on their app to confirm arrival — ensuring only the verified professional you booked can start the session.
How does GPS tracking work?+
Once a professional accepts your booking, you'll see their real-time location on a map as they travel to your home.
For Professionals
How do I join as a professional?+
Register at visitcareph.com, select "I provide care", complete the onboarding form, and submit your PRC license and NBI clearance. Our team reviews applications within 2–3 business days.
How and when do I get paid?+
Payment is automatically released to your account 24 hours after each completed visit, provided no dispute is filed. Payouts are processed via your registered bank account or e-wallet.
Can I set my own rates?+
Yes. You set your own per-visit rate. VisitCare deducts a small platform fee and you keep the rest.
